I've realized something so powerful this past year. It was never about creating a new version of me, it was about bringing out that woman who has been buried deep down inside. It's about uncovering her within.
I was done living with a clouded vision, doing things I didn't really feel aligned with but did because I should or it's what was expected.
I was the woman who felt like she was doing everything else for everyone else. I was feeling lost, drained and wandering through life. Stuck in the spiral of uncertainty in who I really was anymore and who I really wanted to be. There was (and is) so much outside noise and should’ves and could’ves and getting pulled down in the overwhelm.
