If you would’ve told me daily journaling was going to be so impactful, I would’ve rolled my eyes and said it wouldn’t work for me....
Until I actually gave it a shot.
And then tweaked it to fit my busy mom/teacher/business life.
And I saw how setting myself up, in just 5-10 minutes, shifting my energy in MASSIVE ways.
My name is Bethany Kay and I am a mom of 4, full time teacher and women's mindset coach and at the start of March 2020...I began to lose myself. I was feeling so touched out, tapped out and stressed out with all of the changes in our day-to-day. COVID was hitting hard and here we were, thrown into an entirely new reality and I was not handling it well.
I'm so grateful I had a strong support system at the time and my own coach (and still do!) to be that light and help me get back in control of my mindset.
One simple, but powerful daily change was that I began journaling. As I got more into it, I tweaked things, added things and removed others until I found a practice that really lit a fire in me each day.
